INTRODUCTION INTO MEDITATION

This 30 day class is called an intensive. It is for beginers to learn how change any part of their life through meditation. The principles of meditation are used to move the listener to a deeper understanding of what they are doing while they meditate.

Lessons are less than 10 minutes long. The lessons are packet with information to prepare for the meditation. Each lesson has a purpose and focused on the meditation for that day.

It is called INTENSIVE becuase it is progressive. Each lesson builds on the first one. At the end of the 3o days the listener will know how to hear their own voice, and the inner voice we all have. It is often confused with our self talk. These lessons and meditations will help seperate the negative self talk and guide the listener toward awareness of this language. The tools include learning how to let go of that language and become a more positive person.

The class is progressive, meaning that you can not progress until you have completed the previous day. An email reminder for each day will sent reminding you of the day’s work.
