Self-Awareness
Self -Awareness is the ability to be aware of how we affect the world around us. We should be mindful of how we carry our bodies, how we talk, and how we influence those who cross our paths.
Self-Awareness is a psychological state in which one becomes the focus of attention.

Self-Awareness can be a powerful skill. Knowing that, in all circumstances, there is a way to handle what is happening around us.
Self-Awareness is a connectedness to our deeper inner self. It is not how we are focused on what we want, or what we will gain, or what others think, but on flowing at the moment and doing that with excellence.
Self-Awareness is an awareness of ourselves in relation to others.
Self- Awareness means we can accept our weaknesses.

Self-Awareness means we have forgiven those who are our enemies.
